ATTENTION:

• If the winning bidder fails to pay the purchase price and other fees before the payment deadline then the winning bidder must pay a late fee equal to 2% of the purchase price.
• Any lot not paid for by the payment deadline may be considered forfeited and may be resold to other bidders in order to meet the removal terms of the auction 
• All lots are considered abandoned and forfeit without refund if not removed according to the removal terms of the auction.
• If a winning bidder fails to make payment for a lot that has been forfeited or resold, that bidder will be considered a Defaulted Bidder and will be required to pay 10% of the purchase price with a minimum of $100 per defaulted lot and a maximum of $2,000 per defaulted lot for the forfeited property in order to bid on any other auctions.

NOTE!:   This location does not have power so any removal related requirements should be planned accordingly.

No loading assistance is available at this property.  There is no loading dock or ramps.

All removal related requirements including disconnections, disassembly, rigging, tools, manpower, handling, loading, certificate of liability insurance where required by seller, etc are completely the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Specific removal date applies:  This is a right-of-way acquisition property that will only be open and available for removal on January 17 (8AM to 2PM) only.   No appointment is required.  Buyer must show up to remove on this specific day and times only.
