Condition
Per Seller: The locker sections were operational when they were taken out of service. Includes two metal locker sections. Each section is approximately 7ft H x 4ft W. Sold as-is.
Buyer must have locker sections removed from location without assistance from location.
Inspections are not permitted.
Lot Terms
- Instructions regarding loading, towing, transport, or any other information regarding removal in the Condition section of the listing is a mandatory requirement of sale. Be prepared for battery and other mechanical issues that may occur without warning. SELLER WILL NOT ASSIST WITH REMOVAL.
- Removal MUST be scheduled 24 hours in advance with site contact. Unscheduled arrivals will not have access to equipment.
- Buyer's Premium: 10%
- Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.
- Removal Deadline: 10 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture. Please refer to our website rules.
- This listing requires Seller approval prior to award. Receipt of Invoice could take 48 hours. Please refer to our Website Rules for more information.
- Items in this listing are offered "AS IS WHERE IS" and the Buyer is responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading, and associated costs.
- Inspections are not permitted. Upon removal if the item does not match the listing description the winning Buyer must fill out a claim dispute within 48 hours of the removal deadline.
- Successful Buyers must go to their MyONE account to submit any claims for material discrepancies or listing misrepresentations. Claims must be received prior to 5:00 PM (Central) on the second business day after the Removal Deadline. Buyer may be required to provide supporting documentation as requested.
